“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Had the unit for over a year, and couldn't fault them. Unit was clean and tidy when I started renting it. The staff were always polite and friendly when I needed to talk/contact them. Only downside I have is the access times, no entry after 8pm unless prior notice, sometimes I wanted to get in after. But that's just a very small issue. But overall very happy with them. Would recommend”

A range of interior storage rooms were available and we selected a large room. We required a rent extension for several weeks and the friendly staff arranged this without any problem. Access was secure and the cleanliness of the facilities excellent. When we required assistance from the Yeates staff they were always helpful and courteous.
